Your deposit reserves November 14 for Decatur, confirms you as Host Partner, and allows The RESET Journey™ to begin committing to the venue, vendors, gifts, and printed materials on your behalf.

If the event takes place, your full deposit is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days after the event. “Takes place” means the program is held on November 14, 2026 or on an agreed rescheduled date.

If registrations point to a smaller room, we can move you to a smaller guest package at any time. Your refund is still based on the full amount you paid, not the smaller package. Nothing is lost by downsizing.

If interest grows, you can move to a larger package by paying the difference. The added amount follows these same terms.

If the event does not take place and is not rescheduled, the deposit is non-refundable, because it covers planning commitments that can’t be recovered. This includes when:

• The Host Partner withdraws from hosting after the deposit is paid
• The event is cancelled because it cannot move forward in Decatur

If The RESET Journey™ cancels the event for its own reasons, such as the founder being unable to attend, your deposit is refunded in full within 14 days of the cancellation.

If severe weather, a venue issue, illness, or another emergency outside our control prevents the event, we will reschedule together within 90 days. Your deposit carries over to the new date under these same terms.

By Saturday, October 31, 2026, we will confirm together whether the event is moving forward and at which guest package. If it is not moving forward, I’ll first offer a rescheduled date before the event is considered cancelled.

The deposit is separate from guest tickets. All guest registration and payment runs through The RESET Journey™. The Host Partner is never responsible for collecting, holding, or refunding guest payments.

Completing checkout for a host deposit confirms you have read and agree to these terms. A copy will be emailed to you with your receipt.
