Tyra, this is where the Decatur room begins —with you.

I am so excited to bring The RESET Journey ExperienceTM to Decatur, Illinois with you as our local host. It means even more because of who you are to me. You have known me through every season of my own winding road, and there is no one I would rather open this door with.

This evening is designed to feel different from a workshop, a women’s conference, a networking event, or a party. It is an intentionally curated experience where women can arrive exactly as they are, exhale, connect honestly, and make space to choose themselves again.

For three hours, women will set down the roles they carry every day — mother, caregiver, partner, friend, leader, problem-solver — and step into a room created just for them. Together we will turn “I need a break” into “I know what my next step is.”

Our partnership is simple in spirit: you bring the Decatur connection and community; The RESET Journey brings the concept, programming, facilitation, and signature moments. Together, we create an evening women remember because of how it made them feel — seen, lighter, connected, hopeful, and ready to move forward with intention.

An Evening to Pause. Reflect. Reconnect. RESET.

 

Personal growth wrapped inside a beautiful, social, elevated women’s experience. The RESET Journey Experience™ blends meaningful conversation, guided reflection, food and beverages, storytelling, celebration, gifts, and connection in a relaxed atmosphere.

It is not designed to “fix” women or ask them to share more than they want. It helps them notice where they are, name what they need, and leave with one intentional next step.

You don’t need a new life. You need a new relationship with yourself.

Guests may see themselves on more than one road. The purpose is not to label them; it is to give them a starting point for reflection and conversation.

GUESTS EXPERIENCE

Six moments carry every guest from arrival to celebration.

Arrive. A warm, beautiful, branded welcome that immediately feels different.

Exhale. Food, drinks, music, photos, and easy conversation help women settle in.

Connect. Table conversations remind women they are not alone in what they are navigating.

Reflect. The Four Roads and guided prompts help each guest name the season she is in.

RESET. The R-E-S-E-T framework (Reclaim, Examine, Surrender, Empower, Transform) turns reflection into one personal next step.

Celebrate. The signature I CHOOSE ME moment, a closing toast, giveaways, dessert, photos, and book signing.

General Admission is $69 and VIP Admission is $99.
The event can be hosted at 50, 75, or 100 paid guests, and the final General/VIP mix will be confirmed with you before registration opens.

Refundable Host Partnership Fee

The fee reserves the Decatur date, establishes our official partnership, and activates planning, creative, and facilitation preparation. It is separate from attendee ticket sales and is refundable; refund timing and method will be confirmed in our written host agreement.

Financial understanding

Clear expectations protect the friendship and the event. The Host Partnership Fee, ticket revenue, and event production costs are three separate categories. Venue, food, beverages, decor, staffing, gifts, photography, AV, insurance, travel, and payment processing will be mapped in one shared event budget, approved in writing before tickets go on sale.

TERMS TO FINALIZE
Before registration opens, we put the details in writing.
  • Payment and refund timing and method for the Host Partnership Fee
  • Ticket-sales deadline for the selected paid-attendance minimum, and what happens if it is not met
  • Who contracts and pays the venue, food, beverage, and vendors
  • Who collects and controls Kajabi ticket revenue, and how fees, refunds, and transfers are handled
  • How local sponsors are approved, collected, and recognized
  • What happens to ticket revenue remaining after approved costs
  • Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and travel terms
  • Photo/video permissions and use of The RESET Journey™ brand and materials
NEXT STEPS
Nine steps to opening night.
  1. Confirm the November 26, 2026 date and select the 50-, 75-, or 100-guest attendance level.
  2. Submit the refundable Host Partnership Fee for that level.
  3. Confirm the Decatur venue, capacity, accessibility, and parking.
  4. Approve the written event budget and financial responsibilities.
  5. Finalize General and VIP inclusions.
  6. Open Kajabi host checkout and public registration.
  7. Launch the Decatur invitation and marketing campaign.
  8. Secure local vendors, sponsors, and the event-day team.
  9. Finalize event-day materials and run-of-show.
